Bllink.co Case Study
Payment management platform for landlords

About the Client
Bllink.co is a US-based fintech startup operating at the intersection of real estate and financial technology. The company helps property managers and residential complex owners establish transparent and convenient payment processes with their tenants.
Challenge
When the client approached us, they had a solid idea and deep market understanding, but no technical implementation. They needed a platform built from scratch that would allow landlords to issue invoices, accept online payments, track outstanding balances, and automatically notify tenants about upcoming and overdue payments.
Solution
We started by diving deep into the client's business processes and analyzing competitors in the US market. Based on our findings, we designed the product architecture and broke down development into iterative sprints.
For landlords, we built a personal dashboard displaying real-time property statistics: collected payments, outstanding debts, and transaction history. Integration with Stripe and ACH payment gateways enabled card and direct bank transfer payments right through the platform.
We developed a separate automated notification module: the platform reminds tenants about payment due dates via email and SMS, and sends follow-up reminders for overdue payments based on customizable scenarios.
For larger property management companies, we created a Command Center — a unified interface for managing multiple properties, assigning responsible managers, and generating consolidated reports.
Results
Over 8 months of collaboration, we brought the product to market. The platform now serves over 50 residential complexes across several US states. Average payment processing time dropped from 5 days to just a few hours, and late payment rates among Bllink clients decreased by 35%.
