Logtime.me Case Study
Personal diary, goal tracker and task manager

About the Client
A pre-seed startup with an idea to build a service that combines a personal diary, task planner, and goal tracker into one product. The founders came to us with a concept and needed a team capable of bringing it to life end-to-end.
Challenge
Build a complete personal productivity ecosystem: a web application, mobile apps for iOS and Android, and a Telegram bot. The service should help users keep a diary, set goals with deadlines, break them down into tasks, track habits, and analyze their progress.
What We Did
We took full ownership of the technical implementation — from architecture design to launch and ongoing support. We worked closely with the founders: discussing every feature, testing hypotheses, and iterating on interfaces.
We built a high-load backend on NestJS and Yii2 that processes thousands of entries daily. For instant synchronization across devices, we implemented real-time updates via Socket.IO — changes in tasks and entries appear on all devices without reloading.
We developed a goal system with progress visualization, a flexible planner with subtasks and checklists, a habit tracker, and a calendar for activity overview. We added daily prompts and tips that help users build a habit of self-reflection.
Security was a priority: SSL encryption, anonymous profiles without collecting personal data, and reliable cloud storage on AWS. Even after a subscription ends, users retain access to their data.
